Amenities
For your comfort and convince, all guest rooms are equipped with a clock radio, iron and ironing boards, and a coffee maker. Most have hair dryers. For extra pillows, towels, fans, rollaway beds, etc., see the front desk staff.
Arrival / Departure
Our official arrival time is 3:00 pm, but we will be pleased to accommodate early arrivals after rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
Guest rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am. If you require a later check-out , our Front Desk attendants will do their best to arrange it. To ensure that everyone stays with the system, a late check-out without prior arrangement will be considered an extra room night and charged accordingly.
For early morning departures: Please review your bill, settle your account and ask us to order airport transportation the night before.
For very early morning departures, before 6:00 am, Please do all of the above and leave your keys with Security at the Gate house, which is open 24 hours a day.
A 7% Government Accommodations Tax and a 10% Service Charge will automatically be added to your hotel account.
Please return beach towels and other equipment borrowed before checking out. Forgot to return something? Leave it at the Front Desk or with Security on departure. Otherwise, beach towels will be billed at $25, room keys at $10.00. Each and other lost equipment will be charged at cost.
Babysitting Service
Can be arranged with 24 hours advance notice. Contact the Front Desk.
Baggage Service
Call the Front Desk for assistance. We will also be happy to arrange storage for early arrivals and late departures. (Though we are powerless to prevent the problem, our Front Desk staff will also be happy to assist you in locating luggage lost in transit.)

Downtown are: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Banquets / Catering
We will gladly arrange private parties and receptions with a personal touch for groups of any size. Advance notice is appreciated.

We can arrange getting you a car rental for your stay.

Computers
Most guest room telephones are equipped with a data port jack for use with a personal computer. Phone charges will be billed to your hotel account. We also provide free computer surfing at one of the computers at the Front Desk for guests.
Front Desk
This is the place to sign out – and return – games, sports equipment, and beach towels, and make reservations for day trips and excursions. Bottled water, fruit juice, soft drinks, and beer may be purchased at Mini-Bar prices and charged to your room account.
Available to all registered guests on a complimentary basis.
Bingo, Chess, Checkers, Cribbage, Scrabble, Dominoes, Frisbee, Badminton, Backgammon, Playing Cards, Shuffleboard.

Currency
In the British Virgin Islands is the U.S. dollar. The Front Desk will help with foreign exchange whenever possible. And the banks in Road Town, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, are within walking distance of the resort.
Departure Tax
Government tax of $20. Per person, payable in cash, will be collected at the airport upon departure.

Dress Code
At Prospect Reef is island informal day and night. We do not have a Dress Code.
Dress code in town is casual, but shirts are required in the banks and other offices.
